Frequently Asked Questions

It may be happening because your computer’s vertical screen size is too short. There are two quick fixes to try.

  1. Go into Fullscreen mode in your browser. On a Windows computer you should be able to toggle Fullscreen in a web browser by selecting the F11 key (on laptops you may need to select the fn key as well: fn + F11). On Macs you press Command-Shift-F. This will maximize the available vertical area to run the course.
  2. If Fullscreen mode does not address the problem, the other option is to reduce the zoom level on the browser until the navigation buttons are visible. This is done differently in different browsers. Generally, it is available when you select the main browser option menu.

The supplemental activities are meant to be completed in one sitting. Please contact your training point of contact for assistance.

Try exiting the lesson, closing all your browser windows, then relaunching the training. If the video still does not load, please contact your training point of contact.

You should be able to get back to the last page you’ve completed by selecting resume when launching the lesson, but even if you accidentally select restart instead, you’ll still be able to get back to where you were as the next button will be activated so you can skip already completed pages to get back to your spot.

It is possible to recover your previous location. Please contact your training point of contact with the page number of the page you were on then you left the lesson.

  1. drag the video scrubber bar close to the end of the video and let it play and complete until it registers and auto navigates to the next page.
  2. Log out and close the browser completely, reopen your browser and log back in
  3. Try to reload the page (hit the reload button on the bottom navigation bar to the left of the back button). If it still doesn’t work, they can try to do a hard refresh of the page (this will force their browser to reload all the page assets from the server instead of from cache). If they are using a Mac, you can do a hard refresh by selecting CMD-Shift-R. On windows it is Ctrl-Shift-R.
