HCE Course Options
*Healing Centered Engagement (HCE) is a non-clinical, strengths-based approach that advances a holistic view of healing and re-centers culture and identity as a central feature in personal well-being. This course will help youth development professionals explore ways they can enhance their practices and policies to more effectively reach and impact youth of color.

INDIVIDUAL USER MODEL

• May complete the certification and have access to the Learning Management System with all resources, documents and recordings for six months.

• Completed online and self-paced.

• Takes approximately 20 hours to complete.

COHORT MODEL

• The certification is completed in a cohort based model where participants progress through the course on a definitive timeline with their peers.

• The course takes approximately 20 to 25 hours to complete and will be scheduled over an 8 week period.

• The certification will be accompanied by two 90-minute live virtual sessions by a Flourish Agenda Trainer.

• Learners will have access to the Learning Management System with all resources, documents and recordings for one year.
